School Rush Preparing

Our first project at Appl.GongBang();, School Rush, is currently in the final stages of preparation for release. We’re in the process of submitting it for review on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

It hasn't been as easy as we thought, and we've been facing rejections. But we're learning a lot through this process.



Here are some screenshots we captured during development. Looking back at them now brings back a lot of memories.

School Rush Store

If the user's device is iOS, they will be automatically redirected to the Apple App Store. If the user's device is Android, they will be redirected to the Google Play Store. For other devices, they will be redirected to the Youtube channel of this game. Since the app stores for iOS and Android are different, every time I promote the game, I have to provide two separate URL links, which doesn't look very aesthetically pleasing. This is why I thought of using a redirect. To implement a redirect, a web page with JavaScript is required. Fortunately, Blogger supports this, so I decided to give it a try. The JavaScript was written by ChatGPT. We truly live in amazing times. On the other hand, I can't help but wonder if my job as a developer is at risk. These days, I often find myself thinking about what kind of developer (or analyst) I should become in this rapidly changing world.

"세부정보가 AdMob 계정의 정보와 일치하지 않는 것 같습니다." 에러 발생 및 대처

배경 Google AdMob에서 광고와 관련한 문제가 발생하면, 1. 지금 내가 맞게 하고 있는건가?  2. 나는 다 한것 같은데 왜 안되지? 3. 기다리면 되는건가? 4. 이렇게 마냥 기다리기만 하면 안될것 같아 다시 알아봐야지.. 이런 생각이 계속해서 반복된다. 잘 나오던 광고가 안나오기도 하고, 안나오던 광고가 갑자기 나오기도 하니  신경쓸게 많은 개발자 입장에서는 일단 되면 그냥 넘어가게 되는것 같다. 이번 문제도 구글링 결과로는 같은 문제를 겪는 사람들이 있었는데, 뚜렸한 해결책을 찾지 못한채로 시간이 지난 글들이 보였다.  결과적으로 나도 각종 해결책을 찾다가 시간이 지나니 정상적으로 앱이 승인되고 광고가 나타나게 되었다. 이렇게 정상동작하게 된 Trigger가 내가 조치한 동작 때문인지 단순히 시간이 흘러서인지 불명확하다. 단지, 내가 했던 조치 사항들을 이렇게 공유해 놓으면 후에 점점 범위가 좁혀지지 않을까 생각해서 글을 남긴다. 현상 Android 실제 광고 단위 ID 로 광고가 정상 재생 되고 있는 상태. 상황 스토어에 등록되어 있지 않은 상태 AdMob - '앱' - '모든 앱 보기' - 'app-adx.txt' 화면에 녹색 원 발생. 그러나 같은 화면 아래쪽에는 Android 앱에 대한 테이블 열만 존재하고 iOS앱은 해당 열이 존재 하지 않음.(캡쳐 이미지가 없어서 아쉽..) 'app-ads.txt URL' 에는 개발자 홈페이지로 연결이 정상적으로 이루어져 있음. iOS 실제 광고 단위 ID로 광고가 재생 되지 않는 상태 단, 테스트 단위 ID를 사용시에는 정상 재생 되고 있음. App Store에 앱 최초 등록시에는 광고가 있으면 절차상 승인이 안되어 광고와 관련된 부분을 주석처리하고 심사 요청하여 스토어에 등록되어 공개 되자 마자 AdMob에 '앱 스토어 세부 정보'를 채워 넣음. 앱스토어 세부 정보는 정상적으로 채워지나 '앱인증' 에서 Fail 발
